Casual dress is welcome. Shorts and slippers are not.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES:
1. La Casa del Habano Viet Nam Policies
- We do not allow cigars, alcohol, food or drinks brought in from outside.
- Cigarettes, electronic vapes or other tobacco products (including cigars from another Avanti-Group store) are not allowed
- Tobacco products cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase.
- Whisky and accessories are exchangeable within three days of purchase provided.
2. Exchange conditon: Only these products are allowed to exchange:
- Product is in original condition and unopened.
- All labels are intact.
- Original receipt is presented.
BOOKING & RESERVATION POLICIES:
- Each reservation must be confirmed with a customer code. Unconfirmed reservations are not guaranteed.
- Bookings will automatically be cancelled if guests arrive over 30 minutes late unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Booking confirmations will depend on availability
- We will make every attempt to accommodate customers and inform them if availability opens up.
